This End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the end user ("Licensee") and Rycroft Audio ("Licensor"). This Agreement governs the use of the royalty-free sample packs provided by Licensor to Licensee.

By downloading Rycroft Audio sample packs your are agreeing to abide by the terms of this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the provided royalty-free sample packs for commercial and non-commercial music production purposes.

2. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS:

a. Licensee may:

   - Use the sample packs in their original or modified form in musical compositions.

   - Reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform the compositions incorporating the sample packs.

b. Licensee may not:

   - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the sample packs on a standalone basis.

   - Use the sample packs in any way that violates the rights of a third party.

   - Incorporate the sample packs into a product that competes with the Licensor's sample pack products.

3. OWNERSHIP:

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the sample packs, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This licence is not a sale of the original sample packs or any copies thereof.

4. ATTRIBUTION:

Licensee shall credit Licensor in the liner notes or credits of any composition created using the sample packs. The credit shall include the name of the sample pack and a mention of Rycroft Audio.

5. ROYALTIES:

No additional royalties or fees are required for the use of the sample packs in Licensee's compositions. The sample packs are provided on a royalty-free basis.

6. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT:

a. The sample packs are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

b. Licensor does not guarantee the compatibility of the sample packs with all music production software.

c. Licensor may provide technical support at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

7. TERMINATION:

This licence is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon breach of any of its terms by Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the sample packs.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By using the sample packs, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
